Cleveland Offroad Jeepers Organization

I  been having a crap load of trouble out of my xj and finally think i got the problem fixed but I cant really tell because autozone no longer can clear off your check engine light. Anyone know where I could get it cleared. I tried leaving the battery unhooked over night but it didnt work.
