Anybody in the Clevland, Chattanooga area that knows how to weld? I need some help welding axle brackets on to my new axles!

I know how to lay a pretty decent bead with stick, know my way around a mig, and if someone sets up the machine I can attempt tig.

What do you need help with?

Well Im about done grinding off the existing link brackets and coil perches and will soon be ready to weld up the new ones. The only problem is i cant weld.

What kind of welder are you using and what axle are you using? If it is cast I would not even try. If it is thin too much heat can warp the tubes. If you tack the perches at the correct pinion angle you can pull it back out and take it to a welder to get it welded.
