Hey L.C.,

If i were you and wanted the lift i would go with a 4"  spring lift and no body lift on the newer wranglers i thnik thy look good like that.......but running the tire size you have i don't think the lift is really a problem......

Send JamJeeper05 (Josh) a message... I think he had a 2 in budget spring lift to sell...with that, all you need are shocks, and you could remove the body lift completely... Just a thought...

I'd rather be wheelin' my YJ than workin' on it...

I ordered a Daystar 1inch body lift to replace the lift I have now. When I bought it came with 33 x15. I also wasn't able to shift in low. So do you guys think that if it is lowered to 1inch lift it will shift into low?  Thank you for all of your responses.

My wife will be teaching in a DODEA school. So they ship it for free. Its going to take 45 days I think I am going to have to put some type of undercoat to protect it from salty air.

You mean 4-Lo? I dont think lift or tire size has anything to do with it shifting into anything.

Only problem you may have is clearing the 33's

and..... the body lift DOES affect the shifting of your x-fer case because if the right shifter extension was not installed, it would keep it from shifting. thats why i would NEVER go over 2" body lift.

Thank You all for all the good suggestions.

Backstory:

I bought it a couple weeks ago. It already had a body lift on it. So I was planning on reducing it to a one inch Daystar body lift so that I can shift it in 4lo. I think it also has a Teraflex spacer in the front coils.

I am just trying to make sure that my tires clear and I keep it under 3" so I can send my jeep over to Germany.  I fly out  August 18th.

Does anyone have time to look at my jeep and tell me what I have on it? I live in Cleveland. 595-7164
